Section 167 Property and Conveyancing Law of the Western Region of Nigeria 1959

Section 167 of the Property and Conveyancing Law of the Western Region of Nigeria 1959 is about Application of Part VI to existing leases. It provides as follows:

This Part of this Law, except where otherwise expressly provided, applies to
leases created before or after the commencement of this Law, and “lease” includes an under-lease or other tenancy.
