Section 160 Electricity Act 2023

Section 160 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Annual report. It is under Part XVI (Rural Electrification Agency) of the Act.

The Agency shall submit to the Minister, not later than 30 June of each financial year, a report of its activities during the preceding financial year, and it shall include a copy of the audited accounts of the Agency for that year and a copy of auditor’s report on it.
