Section 16 Property and Conveyancing Law of the Western Region of Nigeria 1959

Section 16 of the Property and Conveyancing Law of the Western Region of Nigeria 1959 is about Presumption that parties are of full age. It provides as follows:

The persons expressed ‘o be parties to any conveyance shall, until the contrary
is proved, be presumed to be of full age at the date thereof.
