Section 157 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Recall of witnesses after alteration of charge. It provides as follows:

When a charge is altered by the Court after the commencement of the trial, the prosecutor and the defendant shall be allowed to recall or re-summon any witness who may have been examined and re-examine or cross-examine such witness with reference to such alteration.
