Section 153 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about When offences may be charged together. It provides as follows:

Offences may be charged and tried together as the Court may deem fit in the following circumstances—

(a) any three offences committed by a person within twelve (12) months whether or not they are of the same or similar character or whether or not they are in respect of the same person or persons; or

(b) any number of the same type of offence committed by a person; or

(c) any number of offences committed by a person in the course of the same transaction having regard to proximity of time and place, continuity of action and community of purpose.
