Section 152 CAMA 2020

Section 152 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Payment on allotment. It is under Allotment of Shares of Chapter 8 of PART B (Incorporation of Companies and Incidental Matters) of the Act.

Payment on allotment

Subject to the provisions of sections 160 – 163 of this Act, a company may, in its articles, make provision with respect to payments on allotment of its shares.
