Section 15 Property and Conveyancing Law of the Western Region of Nigeria 1959

Section 15 of the Property and Conveyancing Law of the Western Region of Nigeria 1959 is about Interests of persons in possession. It provides as follows:

This Part of this Law shall not prejudicially affect the interest of any person in
possession or in actual occupation of land to which he may be entitled in right of
such possession or occupation.
