Section 146 Electoral Act 2026

Section 146 of the Nigerian Electoral Act 2026 is about Secrecy of ballot. It provides as follows:

Any person who has voted in any election under this Act shall not, in any legal
proceedings arising out of the election, be required to say for whom he or she
voted.
