Section 141 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Use of forms in First Schedule. It provides as follows:

Subject to the express provisions of this Law, if any, of the rules, the forms contained in the First Schedule may, in accordance with any instructions contained in the said forms, and with such variations as the circumstances of the
particular case may require, be used in the cases to which they apply, and, when so used, shall be good and sufficient in law.
