Section 14 Mortgage and Property Law of Lagos State

Section 14 of the Mortgage and Property Law of Lagos State 2010 is about Annual report. It provides as follows:

(1) The Board shall prepare and submit to the Commissioner as soon as possible after the end of the financial year but not later than four months after it, an operational report including audited accounts of its activities in such form as the Commissioner may direct on the activities of the Board during the immediate preceding financial year and such a report shall include a copy of the audited report of the accounts.”

(2) The Commissioner shall present a copy of the report submitted to him under the provision of this section to the State Executive Council.
