Section 14 Matrimonial Causes Act 1970

Section 14 of the Matrimonial Causes Act 1970 is about Marriage conciliator to take oath of secrecy. It provides as follows:

A marriage conciliator shall, before entering upon the performance of his functions as such a conciliator, make and subscribe, before a person authorised in Nigeria to take affidavits, an oath or affirmation of secrecy in accordance with the form in the Second Schedule to this act.
