Section 14 of the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 is about Conflicts of interest. It is under Part II (Establishment of the Federal Competition an Consumer Protection Commission) of the Act.

Any member of the Commission or committee who has a personal interest in any contract, arrangement or matter to be considered by the Commission or committee shall disclose such interest to the Commission or committee and shall not vote on any question relating to the contract, arrangement or matter.
