Section 136 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Payment on recognisance. It provides as follows:

All sums paid or recovered in respect of any recognisance declared or adjudged by a Court in pursuance of section 134 to be forfeited shall be paid to the Chief Registrar of the Court.
