Section 133 Electricity Act 2023

Section 133 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Allowances of the Chairman and non-executive menibers of the Board. It is under Part XVI (Rural Electrification Agency) of the Act.

The Chairman and non-executive members of the Board shall be paid such emoluments, allowances and benefits as the Federal Government may direct through the National Salaries and Wages Commission.
