Section 132 Nigeria Police Act

Section 132 of the Nigeria Police Act 2020 is about Composition of the Unit. It is under Part XVI (Police Public Complaints And Discipline) of the Act. It provides as follows:

(1) The Unit shall consist of representatives of the Federal or State Intelligence Bureau, Police Provost Marshal and any other unit of the Police Force as the Inspector-General of Police considers fit.

(2) The Unit shall be headed by an officer not below the rank of a Chief Superintendent of Police.
