Section 129 Nigeria Police Act

Section 129 of the Nigeria Police Act 2020 is about Provision of equipment. It is under Part XV (Traffic Warden Service) of the Act. It provides as follows:

(1) The Inspector-General of Police may provide, for use by the traffic wardens, such equipment as he considers necessary for the proper discharge of their duties under this Act.

(2) Any expenses incurred by the Inspector-General of Police under this section shall be defrayed out of the General Fund of the Police Force.
