Section 129 Electoral Act 2026

Section 129 of the Nigerian Electoral Act 2026 is about Disorderly conduct at elections. It provides as follows:

Any person who, at an election, acts or incites others to act in a disorderly manner commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a maximum fine of ₦2,000,000 or imprisonment for a term of 12 months or both.
