Section 126 Nigeria Police Act

Section 126 of the Nigeria Police Act 2020 is about Ranks of traffic wardens. It is under Part I (Preliminary) of the Act. It provides as follows:

A traffic warden shall have such rank as may be assigned to him by the Inspector-General of Police beyond the following grades–
(a) Traffic Warden Grade III ;
(b) Traffic Warden Grade II;

(c) Traffic Warden Grade I;
(d) Senior Traffic Warden II ;
(e) Senior Traffic Warden I;

(f) Assistant Superintendent of Traffic II ;
(g) Assistant Superintendent of Traffic I; and
(h) Deputy Superintendent of Traffic.
