Section 124 Investments and Securities Act

Section 124 of the Investments and Securities Act 2025 is about Securities dealer to issue contract note or transaction confirmation. It is under Part X (Conduct of Securities Business) of the Act. It provides as follows:

A securities dealer shall, where applicable, within the prescribed time
and in respect of every securities transaction either as a principal or agent, issue
a contract note or other form of transaction confirmation which complies with
this Part.
