Section 123 CAMA 2020

Section 123 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Registration of interests to be disclosed. It is under Disclosure of Persons With Significant Control of Chapter 6 of PART B (Incorporation of Companies and Incidental Matters) of the Act.

Registration of interests to be disclosed

The matter relating to beneficial interests in shares required by section 120 shall be entered in a different part of the register of interests which shall be so made up that the entries inscribed in it appear in chronological order.
