Section 120 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Judge may vary bail fixed by Magistrate or Police. It provides as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 116 and 117, a Judge may in any case direct that any person in custody in the State be admitted to bail or that the bail required by a Magistrates’ Court or Police Officer be reviewed.
