Section 12 Tenancy Law of Lagos State 2011

Section 12 of the Tenancy Law of Lagos State 2011 is about Provision for Re-entry. It provides as follows:

Where there is a breach or non-observance of any of the conditions or covenants in respect of the premises, the landlord shall subject to –
(a) Any provision to the contrary in the agreement between the parties; and

(b) The service of process in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law,
have the right to institute proceedings for an order to re-enter and determine the tenancy.
