Section 117 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Recognisance in respect of children. It provides as follows:

Where in any case the person in respect of whom the Court makes an order requiring that a recognisance be entered into is a child, the child shall not execute the recognizance but the Court shall require a parent, legal guardian or other fit person, with or without sureties, to enter into a recognisance that the child shall do what is required under the Court’s order.
