Section 116 Investments and Securities Act

Section 116 of the Investments and Securities Act 2025 is about No allotment below minimum subscription. It is under Part IX (Regulation of Securities) of the Act. It provides as follows:

Allotment shall not be made of any securities offered to the public for subscription unless the subscription level meets the minimum percentage prescribed by the Commission.
