Section 113 Civil Aviation Act 2022

Section 113 of the Civil Aviation Act 2022 is about Registration of births and deaths. It is under Part XVII (Miscellaneous Provisions) of the Act.

The Authority shall make regulations for the registration of births and deaths occurring in aircraft and particulars of persons missing from the aircraft.
