Section 112 Investments and Securities Act

Section 112 of the Investments and Securities Act 2025 is about Form of statement in lieu of prospectus. It is under Part IX (Regulation of Securities) of the Act. It provides as follows:

A statement in lieu of prospectus shall be in the form and contain the particulars set out in Part I of the Fourth Schedule to this Act and, in the cases mentioned in Part II of that Schedule, set out the reports specified in it, and Parts I and II shall have effect subject to the provisions contained in Part III of that Schedule.
