Section 110 Nigeria Police Act

Section 110 of the Nigeria Police Act 2020 is about Equipment. It is under Part XIII (Special Constables) of the Act. It provides as follows:

(1) The Inspector-General of Police may provide for use by special constables such as batons, clothing and; other equipment as he considers necessary for the proper carrying out of their duties.

(2) Any expenses incurred by the Inspector-General of Police under this section shall be defrayed out of the funds of the Police Force.
