Section 108A Indian Penal Code

Section 108A of the Indian Penal Code 1860 is about Abetment in Indian of offences outside India. It is under CHAPTER V (OF ABETMENT) of the Code.

Abetment in Indian of offences outside India

A person abets an offence within the meaning of this Code who, in ²[India], abets the commission of any act without and beyond [India] which would constitute an offence if committed in ²[India].
