Section 107 Matrimonial Causes Act 1970

Section 107 of the Matrimonial Causes Act 1970 is about Position of clergy as to re-marriage. It provides as follows:

A minister of religion shall not be bound to solemnise the marriage of a person whose former marriage has been dissolved, whether in Nigeria or elsewhere, otherwise than by death.
