Section 106 Electricity Act 2023

Section 106 of the Electricity Act 2023 is about Notice of summons. It is under Part VIII (Establishment of the National Hydroelectric Power Producing Areas Development Commission) of the Act.

A notice, summons or other documents required or authorised to be served upon the N-HYPPADEC under the provisions of this Act or any other law or enactment may be served by delivering it to the Managing Director or by sending it by registered post and addressed to the Managing Director at the principal office of the N-HYPPADEC.
