Section 106 Matrimonial Causes Act 1970

Section 106 of the Matrimonial Causes Act 1970 is about Service of process. It provides as follows:

Service of process of a court under this Act may be effected in or outside the Federation in accordance with rules of court, so however that the court, where it thinks it necessary or expedient to do so, may dispense with service of process.
