Section 105 Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Lagos State, as amended in 2021, is about Discharge of suspected person. It provides as follows:

If the occupier of any building or the person in whose possession anything named in a search warrant is found is brought before a Magistrate and he is not charged with any offence, he shall be discharged by such Magistrate immediately.
