Section 104 Land Registration Law (LRL) Lagos State 2015

Section 104 of the Land Registration Law (LRL) of Lagos State 2015 provides as follows:

(1) The Registrar may apply to the Court for the determination of any question of doubt or difficulty of Law or fact, arising in connection with his duties under this Law.

(2) A reference in this Law to an appeal to the Court includes an application to the Court under this Section.
