Section 104 CAMA 2020

Section 104 Companies and Allied Matters Act is about Service of documents on companies. It is under Authentication and Service of Documents of Chapter 5 of PART B (Incorporation of Companies and Incidental Matters) of the Act.

Service of documents on companies

A court process shall be served on a company in the manner provided by the rules of court and any other document may be served on a company by leaving it at, or sending it by post to, the registered office or head office of the company.
