Section 103 Child’s Right Act

Section 103 Child’s Right Act 2003 is about Limit on number of children who may be fostered. It is under Part XI (Fostering) of the Act.

The number of children who may be fostered by a person shall not exceed three unless exceptional Circumstances are shown.
