Section 103 Nigeria Police Act

Section 103 of the Nigeria Police Act 2020 is about Ordinary course of law not to be interfered with. It is under Part XII (Offences) of the Act. It provides as follows:

Nothing in this Act is be construed to exempt a police officer from being proceeded against by the ordinary course of law when accused of any offence punishable under any other Act or law.
