Section 103 Land Registration Law (LRL) Lagos State 2015

Section 103 of the Land Registration Law (LRL) of Lagos State 2015 provides as follows:

The Chief Judge of the State may make rules prescribing the procedure to be adopted in the conduct of –
(a) proceedings before the Registrar; and

(b) appeals from decisions of the Registrar.
