Section 101 Land Registration Law (LRL) Lagos State 2015

Section 101 of the Land Registration Law (LRL) of Lagos State 2015 provides as follows:

The Registrar shall not register any assignment or sub-lease unless the land has been surveyed to the satisfaction of the office of the Surveyor-General.
