Section 100 Matrimonial Causes Act 1970

Section 100 of the Matrimonial Causes Act 1970 is about Continuance of other pending proceedings. It provides as follows:

Subject to section 101 of this Act, pending proceedings constituting a matrimonial cause, not being proceedings for a decree of dissolution or nullity of marriage or of judicial separation, shall be deemed to have been instituted and dealt with under this Act and may be continued and dealt with under this Act.
