Section 100 Investments and Securities Act

Section 100 of the Investments and Securities Act 2025 is about Effective date of a prospectus. It is under Part IX (Regulation of Securities) of the Act. It provides as follows:

A prospectus issued by or on behalf of an issuer or in relation to an intended issue shall be dated and that date shall, unless the contrary is proved, be taken as the date of publication of the prospectus.
