Section 10 Investments and Securities Act 2025

Section 10 of the Investments and Securities Act 2025 is about Remuneration and allowances of members of the Board. It is under Part II (Establishment of the Governing Board of the Commission) of the Act. It provides as follows:

(1) The Director-General and the three full time Commissioners shall be paid such remuneration and allowances as may be determined by the Board of the Commission.

(2) The allowances for the part-time members shall be in accordance with the prevailing guidelines on remuneration for part-time members of public bodies issued by the appropriate agency of the Federal Government.
