Section 1 NDLEA Act

Section 1 of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency Act 1989 is about Establishment of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency. It provides as follows:

There is hereby established a body to be known as the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (in this Act referred to as “the Agency”).
