Rule 71 Federal Rules of Civil Procedure

Rule 71 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure is about Enforcing Relief For or Against a Nonparty. It is under Title VIII (Provisional and Final Remedies) of the Rules.

When an order grants relief for a nonparty or may be enforced against a nonparty, the procedure for enforcing the order is the same as for a party.
