Rule 43 Rules of Professional Conduct for Legal Practitioners

Rule 43 of the Rules of Professional Conduct for Legal Practitioners (RPC) 2023 is about Change of address. It is under Part V (Improper Attraction of Business) of Chapter 1 (Conduct) of the Rules. It provides as follows:

Where a lawyer changes his address, telephone number or other circumstances relating to his practice, the lawyer may send to his clients, notice of a change and may insert an advertisement of such change in a newspaper or journal.
