Rule 30 Rules of Professional Conduct for Legal Practitioners

Rule 30 of the Rules of Professional Conduct for Legal Practitioners (RPC) 2023 is about Lawyer as officer of court. It is under Part IV (Relations with the court) of Chapter 1 (Conduct) of the Rules. It provides as follows:

A lawyer is an officer of the court and, accordingly, he shall not do any act or conduct himself in any manner that may obstruct, delay or adversely affect the administration of justice.
