Rule 30 LPDC Rules 2020

Rule 30 of the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee (LPDC) Rules 2020 is about Exhibits and books kept by Secretary. It provides as follows:

Unless as otherwise directed by the Disciplinary Committee any books, papers, or other exhibits, produced or used at a hearing, shall be retained by the Secretary until such time within which an appeal may be filed has expired; and, if notice of appeal is given, until the appeal is heard or otherwise disposed off.
