Rule 26 LPDC Rules 2020

Rule 26 of the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee (LPDC) Rules 2020 is about Gazette Publication. It provides as follows:

Subject to the provisions of the Act which relate to the lodging of appeal against the direction of the Disciplinary Committee in accordance with paragraphs (a), (b), (c) and (d) of rule 22 and 24 hereof, the direction of the Committee shall be published in the Federal Gazette as soon as such direction takes effect.
