Rule 24 LPDC Rules 2020
Rule 24 of the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee (LPDC) Rules 2020 is about Revocation of finding. It provides as follows:
Where the Committee has made a finding based solely upon a judgment or direction or proceedings, certificate of conviction for a criminal offence or any other judgment, which is subsequently quashed, or set aside the Committee may, on the application of the Association or the respondent to the Originating Application in respect of which the finding arose, revoke its finding and make such order as to costs as shall appear to be just in the circumstances.
