Rule 19 LPDC Rules 2020

Rule 19 of the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee (LPDC) Rules 2020 is about Adjournment. It provides as follows:

The Disciplinary Committee may of its own motion or upon the application of any party adjourn the hearing of any matter before it upon such terms as to costs or otherwise as the Disciplinary Committee shall think fit.
