Rule 13 LPDC Rules 2020

Rule 13 of the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee (LPDC) Rules 2020 is about Hearing in absence of party. It provides as follows:

If any party fails to appear at the hearing, the Disciplinary Committee may upon proof of service on such party of the notice of hearing proceed to hear and determine the Application in his absence.
